A family kitchen, since 2019.
Ouka was opened by a warm Northeastern-Chinese family who missed the food they grew up with — so they cooked it for their Nakano neighbours. Our Chinese chefs still hand-fold dumplings every morning and stir wok after wok of authentic Sichuan classics.
